At the exhibition, Syscall introduced its solutions and received positive feedback from visitors. The ST-HEX multi-button call system drew particular attention for its modular design, which allows users to freely combine call buttons according to store size and operational needs. With its hexagonal design, ST-HEX provides stable installation even when multiple units are connected, making it well suited for various retail store environments.

Syscall also showcased the Syscall APP, which extends traditional hardware-based call systems into a remote management solution. By enabling call signals to be sent and received over the internet, the app helps improve operational efficiency and flexibility in retail stores, attracting interest from visitors seeking smarter store management tools.
In addition, Syscall introduced an environment monitoring solution using the STH-100 temperature and humidity sensor. The system allows real-time monitoring of temperature and humidity in stores and storage areas and sends alerts when conditions move outside preset ranges, offering practical benefits for retail and food-related store environments.
During Retail Show 2025, Syscall attracted buyers and industry professionals from Poland as well as neighboring Eastern European countries, including Slovakia, Hungary, Moldova, Lithuania, and Latvia.
Through the exhibition, Syscall strengthened its brand presence across Eastern Europe and created opportunities to expand its distribution network and develop new business partnerships in the region.
