Dentists who purchase the printer can sign up for and use gloud's justscan platform. justscan supports the design of prosthetics and oral appliances based on intraoral scan data. A purchased device sends scan data to the platform, receives a design in return, and then prints the item.
South Korea's dental sector has increasingly adopted such digital scan-to-print workflows in recent years, and the new partnership adds another distribution channel for that shift.
"We decided on this partnership because of JustScan's platform and system," said Jeseong Woo, CEO of Theonedental. "The established digital workflow was stable, and the learning curve during training was low," he added.
The partnership was arranged to expand gloud's 3D printer supply channel. "Our sales structure has settled in smoothly since shifting to a B2B model, which is encouraging," said Jinwoo Ji, CEO of gloud.
Separately, gloud said it is preparing its first justscan hands-on event for August 29. Through the hands-on seminar, participants will be able to try the equipment and experience the digital workflow directly. gloud also plans to establish its own training system for clinics that adopt the platform.
Financial terms of the partnership beyond the disclosed contract value, including its duration, were not made public.
gloud is a digital dentistry company founded in 2020 in South Korea. It operates justscan, a real-time platform for designing prosthetics and oral appliances, and also supplies justPrint, a dental-specific 3D printer. As of the first half of 2026, more than 350 dental clinics nationwide have adopted the platform, and cumulative prosthetic and oral-appliance output has surpassed 130,000 cases on the same basis.
