At the exhibition, Syscall officially unveiled its newly launched multi-button call bell ST-HEX. ST-HEX features a modular design that allows users to freely combine the number of call buttons according to their environment, making it adaptable to various medical settings such as patient rooms and common areas. Its hexagonal design ensures stable installation even when multiple units are connected, highlighting both space efficiency and scalability.
Syscall also introduced its temperature and humidity monitoring system for the first time. Using the STH-100 sensor, the system measures temperature and humidity in real time and sends alerts when conditions move outside preset ranges. This solution helps improve environmental control and operational efficiency within healthcare facilities. Live demonstrations were conducted at the booth by intentionally changing temperature conditions to show how alerts are triggered, helping visitors better understand the system’s functionality.

In addition, Syscall actively promoted the newly launched Syscall APP at the exhibition. The mobile application enables users to send and receive call signals remotely, extending traditional on-site call systems into a remote management environment. Through this solution, Syscall demonstrated its evolution beyond a hardware-focused company toward a software-based integrated solution provider.
ExpoSalud 2025 was attended by representatives from national hospitals, military hospitals, and various medical institutions and distributors. Through the exhibition, Syscall strengthened its presence in the Latin American healthcare market while exploring new partnership and business oppunities in the region.
