Atoz International, located in Sejong City, is a cosmetics OEM company with an annual revenue of approximately 7.2 billion KRW at the time of acquisition.
Through this acquisition, Dreamcos has secured a production base not only for its in-house brands but also for the indie brands it incubates. This move provides a stable and efficient foundation for domestic and global brands growing under the CAMIHOUSE incubation platform to enter the market more effectively.
Following its acquisition of General Brands Co., Ltd.—known for its brands Duft & Doft and Nowlay—earlier this year, Dreamcos has now completed its second acquisition within five months, demonstrating its aggressive expansion strategy. By vertically integrating brand planning, production, and distribution, the company aims to further strengthen its competitiveness in the cosmetics industry.
A Dreamcos official stated, “Securing manufacturing infrastructure goes beyond production capacity—it will directly enhance the market entry speed and product quality of brands incubated by Dreamcos. By combining brand incubation expertise with manufacturing capabilities, we plan to establish a more stable and scalable cosmetics business model”
